Austin A. Stambene, 33, of Colorado Springs, now faces three felony fees:

  • Possession of cocaine, a felony punishable by as much as seven years in jail and $15,000 in fines.
  • Possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor (as a result of lower than 3 ounces of marijuana is concerned) punishable by as much as one 12 months in jail and $1,000 in fines.
  • Driving below the affect of medication, punishable by as much as six months in jail and $750 in fines.

Laramie County Assistant District Legal professional Rocky Edmonds charged Stambene on Jan. 5, and his case got here up in felony-level Laramie County District Courtroom on Tuesday.

Stambene stated a pal from Colorado Springs pestered her about her late mom, who died 10 years in the past. The pal started “bugging” Stambene's telephone, pockets, garments and glasses, Stambene alleged.

Stambene advised Grover he had gotten new glasses, thrown away his pockets and had his cellphone unplugged, the affidavit states.

Grover requested for Stambene's driver's license.

Stambene withdrew his license by a handful of {dollars}. His pupils have been slender, and he appeared nervous, the affidavit says.
