Out there for a restricted time, Mr.Eats305's PINCHO Smash Burger is the results of a mutual appreciation between the burger model and George Arango (aka Mr.Eats305). As Otto Othman, the Co-Founding father of PINCHO, explains: “”It’s an honor to collaborate with somebody who loves Miami, its tradition and its meals as a lot as we do. Folks will go loopy for the flavors on this smash. hamburger – it's good off the charts.”
This “off-the-charts good” burger consists of double smashed patties topped with melted American cheese, pickles, diced onions and PINCHO's secret sauce, all served between two regionally baked brioche buns. This collaborative creation will likely be accessible from PINCHO places in Miami and Texas all through the month of April.
