Staff at a Cresco Labs hashish cultivation facility in Massachusetts have voted to disunion in what’s believed to be the primary occasion of unionized hashish employees strolling away from organized labor, MJBizDaily reviews.

Wyatt Brissette, the Cresco worker who initiated the disunion vote, mentioned the advantages of union membership didn’t justify his $40 a month. “We felt as if (the union) didn’t match what we wanted,” Brissette mentioned within the report. In the end, 18 of the 20 native cultivation employees supported the de-certification transfer.
Lindsey Dadourian, Cresco Labs' senior vp of worker relations and labor, mentioned the corporate was “very proud” of the workers' “belief” in Cresco.
