Two Winnipeg ladies have been charged after police say they had been a part of a cocaine-trafficking ring working out of town that equipped medication to Brandon and Portage la Prairie.
Winnipeg police started an investigation into the community within the spring and say they noticed the ladies leaving a residence on Maryland Avenue a number of instances, going to the airport.
