Baltimore put new People With Disabilities Act-compliant sidewalks and ramps on maintain at two Pratt Avenue intersections on Sunday.
Mayor Brandon Scott introduced upgrades in November 2023 for the downtown intersection of Pratt and Gentle streets, close to the Inside Harbor, and the intersection of Pratt and President streets, which connects downtown with the Little Italy and Jonestown neighborhoods.
