Metropolis of Sydney detectives have charged 5 individuals following an investigation into an alleged drug syndicate working in Sydney's CBD.

In late March 2024, Metropolis of Sydney Detectives started an investigation into an alleged drug syndicate working within the Haymarket space.

Following inquiries, officers executed a search warrant at a unit in Harbor Avenue, Haymarket, at roughly 8.20am yesterday (Wednesday 3 April 2024).

In the course of the search, police allegedly situated and seized a complete of 1.8kg of leaf, oil and edible hashish, together with $10,000 AUD money.

4 males – aged 35, 32, 26, 24 – and a 24-year-old girl had been arrested on the scene and brought to Day Avenue police station.
