Antrim and Newtownabbey councilors have delegated authority to the council's planning division to decide on an utility for a hashish farm outdoors Templepatrick.
The appliance for the change of use of an industrial unit in Rickamore Highway Higher for the manufacturing, cultivation and processing of medicinal hashish crops was referred to Monday's assembly by the planning committee in November.
